Hello and a warm welcome to Arbrook PT. We are a team of highly qualified mobile personal fitness trainers, who are passionate about fitness and living a healthier lifestyle. Working for clients in Sunbury, Ashford and the wider areas of Surrey, we deliver personalised fitness and training, tailored to your exact needs and goals.

Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, train towards an event or have another goal in mind, we can help! Our mobile personal trainers bring exercise, nutrition and fat loss to your door. When it comes to health and fitness sometimes you just need a helping hand, which is why we are here!

We offer our clients the following:

  • We can come to you, any time, any place: Home and personal fitness training is fast becoming the most efficient and comfortable way to work out, get fit and stay in shape. We can travel to you at a location that suits, be it your home, office or a local park. We know that for a busy professional, every minute counts, which is why we offer flexible appointments that are designed to make your life easier. We train our clients on Mondays to Fridays, from 6am to 9pm and on Saturdays, from 6am to 1pm. We can fit around you, so when you have an hour to spare, we will be there!
  • Professional and experienced team: Our trainers will help you reach your goals in the most effective and efficient way possible. We never adopt a one-size-fits-all approach; we take time to understand your specific goals, personality and capabilities and train you accordingly.
  • Motivation and guidance every step of the way: We will encourage you to stick with a consistent exercise programme, keep you motivated and challenged and monitor your progress so you really see results.
  • Nutritional support: We have years of experience helping our clients use nutrition to meet their goals. We also work with highly qualified nutritionist Sarah Brown, to develop detailed diet plans for our clients, to support their training programme.
  • Pre and post-natal training: The time around having a baby can mean big changes to your body. We offer personalised pre and post-natal training by dedicated female mobile trainers. Read our blog about reducing your tummy after pregnancy.
  • Yoga and pilates: We have dedicated yoga and pilates instructors who can come and give you one-to-one tuition in your home. Whether you are a beginner or very experienced, they will work to your level.

We bring the gym experience and more to you with mobile personal training

One of the main problems most people have to sticking to fitness programmes is time. Time is precious and when you have a busy, stressful life maybe the last thing you feel like doing is dragging yourself to the gym. Arbrook PT can help and will be able to bring the equipment to you at a time that suits you. Whether it is first thing in the morning, during your lunch hour, whilst your baby sleeps or in the local park after work, we are flexible and can work around your other commitments.

Small group personal fitness training

Small group training has been gaining popularity because its an affordable and fun way for clients to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise at a lower rate – with all the fun of a group dynamic. We offer small group personal fitness training, for two to three people. As with our personal training, this is a safe and effective way of getting in shape.

We will help you:

  • Understand your body so you train efficiently and efficiently
  • Learn the correct techniques so you avoid injury and improve performance
  • Pursue your goals and make significant progress every week
  • Help you understand your personal nutritional needs, to complement your fitness goals

Personal pilates and yoga instructor offering private sessions tailored to you!

Our pilates and yoga instructors can instruct you one-to-one within your home or another location that suits you. Both the session format and the exercises are designed to suit your needs and objectives. These sessions allow for greater progression and development than group classes.
