Our personal trainers can train up to three people at the same time and you split the cost. If your ability varies this does not matter; our instructors will tailor any plans to individual needs.
  • Yoga and Pilates instruction: We have personal trainers who specialise in yoga and Pilates at all levels. We can come and offer bespoke instruction at your home.
