Individual and group personal training

For most of our clients, time is precious and our mobile fitness trainers will travel to you, ensuring not only that you make the best use of your time but that you receive a motivational workout. Our professional, structured approach to personal training means we take time to understand your goals, before devising a fitness and lifestyle plan to match.

We will monitor your progress on an ongoing basis, so you can really see results. Unlike personal training at a local gym, a huge amount of thought and planning will go into your exercise programme to ensure that your goals are targeted as efficiently as possible and you are constantly challenged.

We also offer small group personal fitness training, for two to three people, which provides a measurable, results-focussed training programme at a more affordable rate. These sessions also encapsulate all the motivation, camaraderie and fun that’s involved in a group session. As with individual personal training, the intensity and training pushes everyone to improve and develop.

Support from qualified nutritionist

Many of us neglect our diets when we are busy, tired and stressed but proper nutrition is the cornerstone of good health. Arbrook PT works with qualified nutritionist Sarah Brown who creates tailor-made diet plans for our clients, so they can their boost energy, support their immune system, lose weight, improve their skin or many other objectives. Pilates and yoga instructor

Arbrook PT have dedicated pilates and yoga instructors, who can instruct you at home or somewhere else that is convenient. Our trainers will work with you on an individual basis to give you optimal attention and personal progression, to ensure you get the most out of your time and effort. They will help you learn the correct technique and proper alignment for body type, working at the right level for your ability.
