We are mobile personal trainers, so can travel to you at a time that is convenient, be it a home, office, local park or other space. We cater for people of all levels of fitness, from those who have never been inside a gym to regular triathlon participants.
You can either train in a bespoke one-to-one session, or buddy up with a friend or two of a similar ability for group personal training, a more cost-effective way of working out. We also have a Pilates teacher and a yoga teacher as part of our small team. One of our personal trainers specialises in pre and post-natal fitness, whilst another is a trained sports masseur. Whatever you are looking for, we will have a female personal trainer or male personal trainer, who is ideally suited to your needs.
