Health and fitness is an important part of my life, after being made redundant from a corporate job I jumped at the chance to retrain in a profession I love and feel passionate about.
Since qualifying as Level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist in 2009, I have had the pleasure in working with a variety of clients ranging from 18 – 70 years, my main aim is to help others get the best out of themselves and reach whichever goals that they set.
I have 2 teenage children and understand the time restraints work and family can cause when it comes to finding time to train. I enjoy gearing workouts that fit the individual’s situation and providing home workouts that are short and fit into whatever the lifestyle, so no excuse not to train 😊 along with nutritional advice.
I will bring everything that you need to you, whether in your home or park (your choice) you only need to provide your water and a pair of trainers!
I use a variety of training methods, Kettlebells, dumbbells, boxing, stability ball core training, and just about anything else that gets you moving and results!
I believe having a great rapport with the client is what gets the best result and making the sessions as fun and enjoyable as possible!
